Raw Food
In my quest for superior health, I have found that raw food is the ideal food for our bodies. It makes sense, doesn't it? What other animal cooks its food? Try adding more raw fruits and vegetables to your diet and see how you feel. There is a wealth of support and information on the 'net for those on the 'RAW' path.
Genealogy
I first became interested in genealogy as a child, inspired by the TV series, Roots. There are incredible genealogical resources on-line now. I found an extra generation on my family tree and found a cousin through the Internet. Here are some links to get you started on the search for your ancestors.
Home Schooling
When I first got on-line, it was reassuring to learn that there were other artist/performing families choosing to school at home. Artists do not have to sacrifice their families for the irregularities of the creative life.
Preparedness
Even though Y2K has come and gone, it still makes sense to be prepared for unexpected emergencies. Most experts recommend being prepared to survive on your own (without modern comforts like electricity or running water) for a minimum of three days. Here are some sites to help you get started:
